    • We launch new products throughout the year. Please continue to check our website and visit our retailers to see all of our exciting and new product launches.
  • What kind of strollers do timi & leslie bebe diaper bags work on?
    • timi & leslie bags can attach to a wide variety of strollers. Our bags easily attach to any full-size model, whether it has 2 separate handlebars or one long horizontal handlebar. Double strollers that have a middle handlebar will also work with our bags.
  • How do I clean my timi & leslie bag?
    • Spot clean with a warm, damp cloth and air dry. Do not dry clean or put in washer/dryer.

  • What does convertible mean for your diaper bags?
    • Our convertible diaper bags mean that after you are done with the diapers the bag is a great handbag. Therefore it “converts” to a handbag when you are done using it with your baby!
  • What kind of warranty does timi & leslie offer on its products?
    • We stand behind our products and we take great pride in the quality of the craftsmanship of each and every item we produce. We therefore warrant all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from initial date of purchase with proof of purchase.** Please Note: this warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e. zipper wear). Proof of purchase necessary.
      *All defective products will need to be returned for evaluation. All defective items returned for warranty service will be replaced at our discretion. Shipping charges may apply to products returned and deemed not defective. Warranty does not apply to items bought at sample sales or unauthorized retail outlets.
